• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system (including arbitrage betting or bonus abuse).
• Depositing funds from illegal sources (money laundering).
• Hacking, cracking, or exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform's software.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Submitting fake identification or fraudulent documents.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information.

Bengol Bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Extended inactivity on the account (more than 12 months).
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.
